A few months ago I was playing a game when my computer completely crashed, and I had to take steps to reset it. This involves having to download the windows program on a flash drive so that I can install it over the broken one. Ever since then, I've been having an issue. I have it with no other games. If I tab out, it breaks. I say it crashes, but it doesn't go back to the launcher, it simply stops working. It does not show that it has stopped responding. The screen freezes dead in it's tracks and I can no longer click anything. The only way to fix this is to open up task manager and force close it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have also tried downloading it and fixing it. I can't remember what it is called. This really impacts my experience. Even if I have minecraft in windowed mode, it stays as a small little window that cannot be larger. If I minimize said window, it breaks. Please help. I like the game, but this is ruining minecraft for me.
they then proceeded to tell me that they can't help me because the department is only for billing and account issues. I was then told to go here.
I wouldn't call this issue a crash, because minecraft doesn't close. It just stops working. No error messages. No thing. The game freezes and refuses to unfreeze until I force close it. Please help.
