I recently got a new graphic card and purchased a Msi Amd Radeon RX 580 and i noticed i was only getting 30 -40% GPU usage. My Cpu is a i5-7400 and I have the newest drivers for everything. In Minecraft i get 60 - 200 fps with optifine and i have all the correct setting on. I tried everything and I replaced my GTX 960 and i got better fps on it. I am led to believe its the actual Amd Driver, Any suggestions?
