I know 1.13 isn't very specific, but I've been experiencing this issue with multiple snapshots. The motd and the background are still moving, and the music is still playing, so the game should be working fine, but the buttons themselves are not working.
I can highlight one by hovering over it, but then that one stays lit and none of the others are responding. They don't light up, I can't click them, but I can still interact with the Windows controls of minimize, fullscreen and close, so I also know it's not my computer. What is happening here?
I've experienced this bug with 18w11a, 18w10d, 18w09a and 18w08b, all of them have the same problem.
I'm going to try 18w01a now and hope I'm not missing too many features. Will report back with my results.
Edit: Yep, it even happened with w01a. Is this a Java issue maybe? When I experienced the problem before, I made to sure to update my Java so as far as I know I am still on the latest version.. Is there anything else it might be?
May be Discord, shut it down from the task manager.

Oh, that's very strange. I'll try it. Do you know why that happens?
