Where is it located for 1.12.2? I wanna install Not Enough Items which apparently requires Just Enough Items and Chicken Lib, but Just Enough Items says it requires forge 14.23.1.2594 or above. I can download the version it needs, but I don't know where to put it! I don't see it anywhere in mods which tells me it is located somewhere else. Because I know I have forge installed, just not the right version.

Download the forge installer for your version and run the installer
I don't know how to make the installer install into the modpack. It keeps saying there is no launcher file.
