Hello, I'm new to this forum as I just created this account for it. I the following error when trying to connect to a friend's server:
internal exception:io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 84
I've reinstalled Java and made a clean re-installation of Minecraft 1.12.2. This is the only server I can't connect to, including my friend's realm server. I wasn't able to connect to the realm it until he made this server. Could be a coincidence though. Help would be appreciated.
