Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
In MultiMC, click on "Settings", then on "Java" and click on the "..." button, then browse to the location of your Java 64-bit.

Not sure what your crash symptom is, but mine was stuck on the screen saying 'Building World - 64%' (or something like that, it's the dirt screen letting you know how far along it is before you first spawn into a new world). Minecraft was completely locked up, and task manager wouldn't stop it. So I rebooted, then tried starting that same world, and I got right into the world and everything worked fine after that.
But it still sometimes locks up, but only while creating a new world.

All news snapshot crashed every time I launch the game for some reasons.
I already update latest NVIDIA driver and do a clear installed.
Here are my pc specs:
GTX 1080ti , i7 7700k, 16gb
Here are crash logs: (Glad that MultiMC can generate crash log, otherwise Minecraft won't create any logs in my .minecraft folder)

I already have 64bit java.

Already did and still not working
Try removing Java-32bit.
Thank for trying to help me, but I have to say is this is the game problem. So I guess there is no further solution to fix this other than Mojang.
Stick to full releases or report the bug to Mojang.
