You have extracted the .jar files instead of just dropping them into the mods folder.

I try and launch MInecraft 1.12.2 with Forge when I have the BetterFPS and Optifine mod in my mods folder. Every single time, it crashes.
What should I do?
All it says is that an unexpected error has occurred.
