So uh yeah title pretty much says it all, I have a extremely powerful PC, that I use for video editing and rendering, 3d and texture work but mine craft out right refuses to run above 13 FPS even with 10 full gigabytes of allocated memory.
I have tried both unmodded and modded, there are no changes in FPS.
the only thing i can think of is that Mine craft is some how not using my graphics card maybe? but this is not right, this game should be running at 200+ frames with all settings on Ultra for how powerful this computer is. 8Gb of video memory, 16 gigs of system memory, no reason this should lag like this.
I took a picture of my f3 debug display but it looks very different to the ones i have seen on the forums, i am hoping someone can help me.
Thank you for the reply, I'm very confused why that is a problem tho? but computer can handle far more processes than this, I should be able to run this whole game at once on a system this powerful, but it lags so bad. there must be another reason.
Okay I changed the render distance that didn't change the frames at all, still caps at 20 I don't know what is going on, this makes zero sense for me. I have tried everything.

As far as I can see, you have a ton of chunk updates (162 is VERY MUCH)
try these things:
Reduce render distance
Generate a new world.
Hope this helps

In all three of those pics you have only 1G memory allocated.
1. Do you have 64 bit Java installed?
2. Is the MC launcher using the latest Java installed on the PC?
Remember, MC runs on a programming language, not a game engine.

Uhm in all of those pics it says 10204 mb that is 10 g ? am i looking at the wrong number? i can't be.
Try reducing Render distance to a normal amount.
You're using SEUS shaders. It's known to plummet FPS regardless of how "good" your computer is.
Unless you have a $1500+ desktop, I really doub't you can get more than that much FPS, especially with 31 mods.
Also, no reason to allocate 10GB of ram.
