It just started doing it, it was working well before that, I think.
I've already installed optifine and turned off or low all options that could be on video settings, but it still lags and freezes.
I hope someone can help me out.

Here's F3 at one server I could barely stay on yesterday, but today it wasn't too bad!: This server has a resource or texture pack and I can't stay on it, I lag a lot, freeze, etc:
