Remove all mods and then carefully add back mods one at a time and then see which one makes cause crash.

I do not know what i did wrong. Please help

Well it worked perfectly fine until i restarted minecraft and changed the jva arguments to 8g instead of 8192m
I got it back to normal but i still get fps drops when opening my inventory or chests
