Check if programs are running in background because they may be eating too much memory.

Try allocating more memory to Minecraft, try -Xmx4G in your JVM arguments.

If you're still crashing at 2GB then it means you aren't giving Minecraft enough ram. If you're running a heavily modded setup, 4GB ram is usually the recommended, especially for mod packs.

As this is a crash report from a snapshot it's probably a bug in that snapshot. Stick to full releases or report the bug.
I get the same error when I try to load the full release, do you think my game might be fixed when a new snapshot is released?
Post your new crash report in a spoiler.

Reinstall MC from scratch then.
I just did and it still doesn't work.
I just did and it didn't work.
Check if programs are running in background because they may be eating too much memory.
I already did that
Try allocating more memory to Minecraft, try -Xmx4G in your JVM arguments.
How exactly did you reinstall MC?
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Post your system specs. Not sure what the other post are talking about. This is a memory issue.
Also update your drivers.
as far as storage devices go I have a 1tb HDD and 12gb of ram, also I have my Minecraft set to use 2gb
If you're still crashing at 2GB then it means you aren't giving Minecraft enough ram. If you're running a heavily modded setup, 4GB ram is usually the recommended, especially for mod packs.
