A long time ago I can play Minecraft on this PC but with Windows XP x32. After I re-installed Windows, every time I clicked "Play", it will download all the necessary files and close the launcher, and not long after the launcher re-appeared with a crash log.
My PC specs are:
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 519K
RAM: 2GB DDR2
Graphics: [Integrated] Intel GMA 900
OS: Windows XP Professional x64 Edition SP2
and the crash report is:

ModeratorThat computer is too old for minecraft and doesn't meet the requirements.
It used to run perfectly with the same hardware but with Windows XP x86. Is it the OS problem?

ModeratorThe hardware is the issue. It's well below the requirements for minecraft which have changed since the game last ran on that computer.
