I have tried to create something using MCP, it didn't load on Minecraft, thought it was my mistake. Well after extracting MCP and turning it into a .jar, it still doesn't work. I thought maybe I compile it wrong, but now, after instaling Optifine, even optifine has the same crash.
I load up Minecraft, it opens up (stays black screen) then closes and gives me
"GAME CRASH
An unexpected issue occured and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience"
On both my MCP and Optifine. (MCP doesn't open minecraft, it just instantly says the game has crashed) I just updated java and it still doesn't work. Default minecraft works fine.

Did you try to update your graphic card driver ?
Try to reinstall Minecraft ?
Check if your firewall doesn't block java and maybe set its priority to high (don't remember how to do it, sorry ^^')
I'm not really good on this kind of stuff but it is some solutions i found on the internet.
Oh and chech if MCP is updated to the version of MC (maybe you forgot it ?)
Rawr!
Nope. Didn't work. I even deleted .minecraft

sadly not mcp.
Is this a GPU issue?
Maybe it can help, if you are using a large ressource pack:
https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/unmodified-minecraft-client/2489436-potential-fix-minecraft-pc-on-windows-10-severe
Rawr!
Sadly that didn't work either. I don't use any resourcepacks.
