When I load up my game, everything works fine and smoothly until the main menu loads. For maybe 3 seconds I'm able to click multiplayer/singleplayer, etc and then the server lists pops up in multiplayer and I'm no longer able to scroll, or click anything. My cursor is there but clicking on anything isn't possible and I can't do anything. I know for a fact it's not frozen because I'm able to exit out of MC with no issues. If I'm not fast enough to hit anything on the main menu, it just stays like that as well (can't scroll, cursor is there but can't click anything). I tried uninstalling MC twice and re downloading, signing in and out of my account, restarting my laptop, made sure my Windows 10 was up to date and nothing seems to work. I know it's just my laptop because I tested on another laptop and I was able to play and click on things just fine. Please help! I was able to play and access MC great yesterday night on my laptop and for some reason it won't work anymore the next day!

I saw you said to download something to get rid of malware/adware and I did that. It didn't find anything and restarted my laptop and I reinstalled MC and still can't click anything.

I found this, which worked for me. Opened the task manager, ended the Discord process, and like magic my menu was usable again.
all you have to do is clear browser history and cookies in extensions then restart. That's how i fixed mine
