I was just playing with my sister hunting down sugar cane...

and then I get disconnected and the message I get is:

A fatal error has occurred, this connection is terminated

Does anyone have the solution to this?

Ill put up my mods and the latest log file!

I dont use texture packs while playing the world.

And also ive used crayfish furniture mod in the past....
and it worked fine...
Are you sure its that?
