Okay so one day I was trying to right click on my desktop and it wouldn't work, it would just load, so I looked up how to fix it. I found this article:
a. Press Windows Key, type msconfig in the search box, and hit Enter.
b. On the Services tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then tap or click Disable all.
c. On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click Open Task Manager.
d. On the Startup tab in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then click Disable.
e. Close Task Manager.
f. On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click OK, and then restart the computer. Now see if it makes any difference in system performance. If it does, then the likely cause of the issue might be a service or a driver.
The thing is I don't remember hiding all Microsofts services so I disabled everything. After this I restarted my computer and it was working then. I haven't opened minecraft since I did it. So when I got to open it and launch I get this error: Pixel format not accelerated
I've played minecraft over a billion times on my computer so I know its not the computer.. Heres the full error: https://pastebin.com/raw/1cqQQLaD
If I open my device manager iDisplay, Intel Graphics 530, and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 they all say
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I've tried re enabling everything in the msconfig and nothing works.
Is there anything down below that might make it work again?
Okay thanks for reading. Someone please help I really need this to be fixed. Also another thing is that, I'm able to watch youtube videos and stuff so i know my grpahics are working. THX!

Your crash is driver related, try installing it again, choose the Custom Install option and check the box that makes it do a clean install of the driver software.
So what you've done is disabled a lot of Windows features, one of which would have been a necessary graphics driver.
Try reversing what you did there, enabling and showing all features. If you still need to turn things off, do it a few a time then test everything still works.
Hmmm, can I ask what you mean by features? I re enabled all my services, including the Microsoft ones. I've already tried to restore but there was no restore point.
Here is my MSCONFIG
Is there any way I can change it to fix it? Maybe there's something I need to disable. IDK.
Completely disable the iDisplay thing, then try reinstalling the driver again. Then try starting the game. If you are able to install the nvidia driver, but still get a warning or error for your Nvidia hardware, there is something wrong with the hardware.
The iDisplay seems to be a program for using a phone/tablet as a screen, which could be causing the error if its picked up by the game, some completely uninstall anything related to the iDisplay.

Download and Install the driver from this page https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/130633
Nope. Didn't work at all. I've also already tried updating my drivers before and that didn't help. Any other idea on what I could do?

I'm not even sure what iDevice is so IDK how to get the drivers for it. I've reinstalled nvidia drivers numerous times.

Okay I deleted iDisplay and restarted and it disappeared from my device manager but I still get the error 43 on my graphics. Any other suggestions?

Really if the driver doesn't fix that error, something else is wrong with it. See if Solution 3 on this page changes anything https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-nvidia-code-43-windows-has-stopped-this-device-because-it-has-reported-problems/
