Note: Graphics drivers, forge version and mod versions are up to date.
My skin and other players' skins get pixelated when I'm using certain shader packs such as BSL or Sildur's shader packs. I tested this on Minecraft 1.8 and the problem was gone, so this only happens in 1.12.x (I haven't tested the other versions yet). I'll provide some screenshots below.
