Okay so, literally no lie, as of now, 2 years ago I have not been able to log in to Minecraft. Here is the full story.
One day I logged on to Minecraft and got MEGA INSANE PING, and it wouldn't go away, so I just left for a week.
Tried to check to see if it was gone, and I couldn't log in. I thought 'Huh that's weird, I'll just change my password"
So I did, it still didn't work. Tried restarting my router, didn't work. Tried uninstalling Java and reinstalling, didn't work.
Tried uninstalling Minecraft and reinstalling, didn't work. Tried uninstalling both at the same time and reinstalling both, didn't work.
Turned off firewall, didn't work. Waited a few days and retried these methods, didn't work. Rinse and repeat for a few years and
that's where we are today.
When I try to log on through the launchers (new and old) it says "could not connect to server."
People say it's related to MCleaks, but I haven't ever used MCleaks or even installed any hacked clients.
I feel like I have tried everything, the reason I'm so desperate is because I spent at least 2 grand on it in multiplayer. MVP+, Eternal Rank on Hypixel and Mineplex, Gamma Rank on Gamma MC (which is $200), Network Boosters, exp boosters, currency boosters, you name it.
I even had PRE-EULA perks on all servers.
I'm desperate at this point, so if anyone is willing to help me, please please PLEASE do.
I will be very patient, as long as a get an answer. I really really really want my account back. Please help me.
It is being caused by something on the computer so you will need to get an HJT Log.
Trend Micro HijackThis is a utility that is used to collect diagnostic reports of your computer to help narrow down an issue you may be having. Download: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/files/2.0.5%20beta/HijackThis.exe/download
Run the program, choose "I accept", then "Do a scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on http://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
You have at some point used MCLeaks or similar software. The only help you will be given on that matter is this, make sure you have deleted whatever program you used, then remove any entries containing mojang from you systems Hosts file. If you don't know how to do that, look it up.
Additionally there is some known malware on the system. ADWCleaner is an utility to clean a PC which is infested with malware. Download it here: https://toolslib.net/downloads/finish/1/ Run a Scan, Clean anything it finds, restart the computer and then try the game again.
Ok, I'll try that, but just as an added note, I haven't used MCLeaks or similar software however, I may have installed it in some form of renamed file, as I have installed mods like Labymod or singleplayer mods, and some of them, I will admit, I could only find on less than desirable websites, so it is highly likely something like that happened, however my account was not hacked since the email is still correct, as I can change the password.

There you go.
Although I am hesitant to give it to you, as long as it doesn't let you hack me or something.

All the matters is the report shows it was at some point used on that computer and needs to be fixed as stated.
