Weird Sildur's vibrant shader glitch

A weird shader glitch that I cant stop, been happening for a while and I've had enough.

I've tried turning things off/on, changing shader settings.

Using windows 7 64 bit, AMD radeon HD 7730m, minecraft 1.12.2 optifine hd c7

Also entities, chests, banners and blocks like that shade properly
