I keep getting this error that says the libraries failed to download. I've tried multiple times to install forge but it keeps failing constantly. I can't even copy and paste it so I can show you what the problem is but I can't fix it. Iv'e tried reinstalling java and minecraft its self.

I am using 1.12.2.
1 make sure you have launch once minecraft 1.12.2 wihout forge
2 make sure that the directory indicated by forge is your game directory (if you don't know what it is, forge as found the good one)
3 check the list of incompatible software here
