Each time I successfully reset my password, I try to log in and get this message.
"Error! Unknown e-mail address or password."
I tried the process at least 5 times and, despite it saying I changed my password successfully, I keep getting this message when I attempt to log in with my new password.
I purchased my copy back in December 2015 and haven't used it in over a year.

Wait an hour with no login attempts from your network. After that set a new password then login.

By the way, I'm using a VPN right now. Do you think if I turn it off, I can log in immediately, with no wait?
