My issue is that, for some reason, I can't get it to work no matter what I do. Even completely reinstalling it, using the launcher to make sure all the files are gone. Then re downloading the launcher, none of that worked. Restarting the computer has yet to work. Why would minecraft be doing this?
Edit: I have looked a bit into this already, and a common solution was to turn off touch screen mode. I don't even have a touchscreen, or a touch screen feature to turn on or off, so that's not going to be it.
ADWCleaner is an utility to clean a PC which has potential malware/adware, which is a common cause for the problem you have. Download it here: https://toolslib.net/downloads/finish/1/
Run a Scan, Clean anything it finds, restart the computer and then try the game again, you may need to do one more reinstall (clearing .minecraft of everything but saves) after.

Thank, that was it. But it was only 1 adware. I don't even know how I got it. Also, how and why would something like that infect minecraft?

In terms of specs, all I can give you is this: https://gyazo.com/1001beebc0e623361cf5eb5f22c8e22c
Ram isn't an issue as I had tried putting 4 GB's on minecraft. So I'm completely stumped.
I can't provide the launcher logs, as it's too big, here's the latest.log though: https://pastebin.com/W8nfk3J7

Probably something that messes with Java, which would then effect how Minecraft works.
Huh, alright, thanks for your help!.
