I built a new PC about a month ago, and when I tried Mineraft I was surprised to see that it runs much worse than on my old computer (on the old PC I was getting 200+ fps with no lag or freezes). Even with Optifine and no fancy effects I am getting around 100 fps, but it's unstable: it starts at 300 and drops to 100 in a few seconds, and when I am in lobbies on servers it drops below 20fps. If anyone is about to reply with “The human eye can only see 60fps,” then just humor me please. I am using 64 bit Java, Xbox DVR and all other W10 crap is disabled, all drivers are up to date. Would really appreciate help as I am wanting to start recording YouTube videos. Also can confirm that all other games run fine and my computer itself is all running as it should.
Pc specs are: Intel i7 7700k Kaby lake processor, DDR4 2x4gb ram, Corsair h55 liquid cooling, gtx 1050ti graphics, and Gigabyte B250M-DS3H motherboard
Can you also put the issue in your own words and not a copy/paste of someone's else's thread as it seems unlikely you both happened to self build a pc with the same specs, same software and the same issue.

Actually, I have different pc specs and that’s why I changed them, and I do have the same problem and settings, that’s why I copied them.
Say something silly, Laugh 'til it hurts, Take a risk, Sing out loud, Rock the boat, Shake things up, Flirt with disaster, Buy something frivolous, Color outside the lines, Cause a scene, Order dessert, Make waves, Get carried away, Have a great day!
Forgot to mention, when I first built the pc and loaded up minecraft I was getting around 1000 FPS (as expected) and it suddenly dropped to about 60 and I have had problems ever since.
Try this: Go to Minecraft options and set VSync to off and set Max Framerate to unlimited in Minecraft.
But being capped at 60 FPS will reduce proccesing power.

That's not a good thing to do, you are basically wasting all your PC resources displaying frames that you can't even see on the display.
Not true at all. Disabling VSYNC decreases input lag significantly. The only reason to use VSYNC is to fix screen tearing, else it's much better to limit FPS instead of enabling VSYNC if you're that concerned about resource usage

Curse PremiumGoogle is your friend, it's a widely-known thing so it's easy to find
There's is a tutorial for allocating more RAM to Minecraft: https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/unmodified-minecraft-client/tutorials-and-faqs/1871637-tutorial-allocate-more-memory-for-minecraft
Thanks, will try it later and let you know.

I don’t usually use vsync, was just trying it to see if it helped when I took the screenshot

Switch on smooth fps option in optifine
Already tried
Hey, sorry it took so long. The RAM thing didn’t work
