Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not fully supported on Windows 10, you will either need to reinstall Windows 7, or purchase new graphics hardware (Only on Desktops), or use another computer to play Minecraft.

Do you by chance have the Windows 7 bootable usb creator?
You can get that from Microsoft if you take the time to look. This forum is for minecraft not windows and installing windows is beyond the scope of this forums support.
And your computer is below the specification for minecraft anyway. New computer time.
