Hes using A fanless quad-core MediaTek processor M8173C powers the Acer Chromebook R13.
Seem like its either using a 64-Bit version of Java when it needs a 32-Bit version, or its using a 32-bit version and needs a 64. Install both a 32 and 64 bit version of Java and then adjust the launcher profile to use one then the other and see which works.
