Back in 2014, I brought Minecraft, everything was grand. Then sometime after MC Windows 10 Edition, my computer got a virus and had to be restarted, loosing all of my apps. If you didn't know, the apps removed are sent to a folder so you can reinstall them. Virus was removed in this process, great. Then when I loaded Minecraft, I had a big issue. I couldn't remember the password for the account I used, or the password for the email, and the backup email that was linked to has been long since deactivated.
So, obviously, I email Mojang with screenshots of my free Windows 10 Edition and the Removed Applications file, explaining everything in FULL. Then, a month goes by. No reply aside from the automated one to show that they have received the email. So I resend it. Another month. Resend again, and again until - oh, boy - an automated response to tell me they are SORRY FOR THE LACK OF RESPONSE, but it's 'all good' because they are upgrading their customer service. Right.
At this point, I give up, so I decide to buy it again. I make an account, okay, great. Send verification email, click the link - ah - what's this? It says you need to write the code in the box again (box has disappeared) or click the link? Okay, one glitch. I do it with another email, and another until I am MAKING emails to try to do this! I have at least 10 emails now!
I email Mojang (haha -_-) and after a month of waiting I have NO REPLY. I am willing to THROW even MORE money at them.
And then the first time I try to post this, it suddenly logs me out of forums and deletes everything that I just had to type back up.
Is this a glitch, will it go away, whatever - or should I just stop.
I also apologise, I didn't see the post before naming the title, in my defence, there is too much going wrong to fit it all in.

Curse PremiumUnfortunately, nobody on this forum can help with account issues. You'll have to keep talking to Mojang Customer Support.
