Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this too but it seemed so, so here we go. I have a friend by the username BuffyGaming, he has spent the last hour trying to log into his account, he has tried a few different emails and tried resetting his password 4 times, but he still can't log in. Anyone have an idea why?
He needs to contact Mojang support as ONLY Mojang can fix account issues.
Fyi it's always best for the person with the issue to ask for help instead of a go between as if someone wanted more info there is the delay of waiting for the go between to pass it on.
