I built a new pc about a year ago so I could play games at faster speeds and I play Overwatch, Ark: survival evolved and other games with great performance. minecraft worked well too but I went away for a while and now I come back to it playing fine but when I fight, eat, or break block it lags.I changed my ram for it from 1 to 10 so it would run better mabey but it didn't work.( I have 16 GB of Ram)
I turned down my ram for Minecraft and it didn't work but I went to settings and saw that my chunks were at 29 I turned it down to 20 and I was recording with the f3 of for Tails1 then all of the sudden Minecraft was working again. so I want to thank both of you for your suggestions ill tell you if I find something else pops up. but do either of you have a suggestion for making Minecraft it still runs a bit slow even tho it's running at 90-130 fps.

Please provide a DxDiag.
Also, assigning more than 4GB of RAM to the game can harm performance and possibly cause more lag.
