Is it the same in the System tab of that same setting window? And as the other user instructed, did you ever find an Xmx argument anywhere in the Environment Varialbes?
Remove -Xmx256M in the _JAVA_OPTIONS variable in your environment settings;
Press the Windows key and the Pause/Break key simultaneously
A window should popup, click on "Advanced system settings"
Click on "Environment Variables"
Delete the _JAVA_OPTIONS entry.
You said in a previous message you said you followed those instructions, did you ever find an -Xmx256m setting there? If so was it removed? Was there ever one in the Java settings you send the screenshot of. Because based on your earlier ingame screens of the F3 menu, that setting should have been somewhere.
desktop stock. i jsut want to play minecraft i had no issues before why would i need a gfx card for a block game
LOL, you'd be surprised at what MC requires for FX card. some integrated FX cards can't run it. Some comps with older parts that have upgraded to Win10 also can't because of drivers.

Do you have a side client? possibly a hacking client (not judging lol)
are you running this on a laptop/desktop with an integrated GFX card?
