This error happens to all servers and isn't a specific one. I'm not sure on a single player world because i havent tested but i could be doing anything building pvp absolutely anything and then i freeze for a second or two then i'm in the matrix. I can walk around but everything is frozen and when i disconnect the game freezes and is not responding. And i have to press close. I cant play for longer than 15 minutes and is really getting on my nerves. I have the optifine mod 1.12 installed. But still crashes without optifine. As seen in the video attached
go into your profile settings tab of your launcher, then turn on the advanced options, then go into any profile, activate the JVM arguments tab (if it isn't already), then adjust the number after the -Xmx. Depending on how many mods you use, 1-4G may be needed. You will need to put the G after the number if you want gigs......
oh wait, you running JAVA 32 bit not 64 bit....if you know you have a 64bit OS, go pick up the 64bit version of java. Sadly, most browsers are still only 32 bit and won't automatically get the 64bit version of java as well.
if you don't have a 64bit OS, you'll be limited to a max of 2GB, if it is set up right in your OS. You prob shouldn't put the setting to anything higher than 1 gig then.

1g is plenty for vanilla. Which us the version being discussed as this is vanilla support. The issue the op has is the fact only 256mb is currently allocated.

can i put -Xmx1G and i i noticed a change of 1 . i now now 247 mb allocated??
You don't need to add more to anything, you need to remove the Java setting that is limiting it to 256, this setting wont be found in Minecraft. It will be in your systems Java Settings, or Environment Variables.

Remove -Xmx256M in the _JAVA_OPTIONS variable in your environment settings;
Press the Windows key and the Pause/Break key simultaneously
A window should popup, click on "Advanced system settings"
Click on "Environment Variables"
Delete the _JAVA_OPTIONS entry.

ModeratorPost a screenshot with the f3 screen up. Your jvm arguments. A speed test.net test result.
And does this happen in single player?

find the -Xmn and up it to 512M
if it isn't there, add it at the end
add too or replace?
replace
add it at the end of all the other JMV arguments
i added it it does nothing to stop the crashing

you should have some other JVM arguments in there as you have an Intel GFX card.

Look it up, you will need to learn how these things work.
