Hi, I'm ThatOneName. I just got a PC today and I install Minecraft I ran 1.12.2 (Offical version). it started up then crashed. coming up with this error. "minidumps are not enabled by default in client versions of windows" Here are all the things I have tried to fix it...
. reinstalling Minecraft.
. updating my graphics card (manually). intel q965/q963 express chipset family driver windows 7 32 bit.
Thanks, Tails1 for the link. BUT this does not help at all. I played Minecraft on PC's that were less than the minimum system requirements. But sadly no that link is not helping me whatsoever. Or answer my main question.
Newer versions of MC requires newer hardware/drivers. The latest drivers I could find for the GPU was from 2009. Plus, your using a 32 bit OS. MC 1.12 requires higher memory allocated with means 64 bit capability.

So getting a new graphics card won't help? correct?
With the age of the chipset you have, you would need to have someone physically check to see if you can even support a modern graphics card without having to replace anything else as well.

. I have installed the graphics media accelerator for my intel graphics card. Here's where i downloaded it
. I have heard that disabling FBO in Minecraft option.txt file worked for some people. But I looked and option.txt file was NOT there.
. I have tried running the minecraf.EXE version but it was no help either.

Your current graphics card does not meet Minecraft's system requirements https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-system-requirements
