Hello, I have just recently started to play Minecraft for the first time on my new laptop. I use the twitch launcher for my modded Minecraft and cannot figure out how to play at 1080p fullscreen on my Dell xps 15 9560 4k touch screen. I have tried setting my windows resolution to 1080p through both the display settings in windows 10 and Intel HD Graphics control panel. But as soon as FTB Revelation has fully loaded and I set Minecraft to fullscreen mode it automatically switches back to 4k. I even tried ticking the "override application settings" in the Intel Control Panel but that just leads to Minecraft covering the top left quarter of my screen (when in fullscreen mode). When the "override application setting" is ticked and Minecraft is in windowed mode and if I maximise the application it just ends up turning back to 4k covering the whole screen again, so basically back to square one.
If anybody has the knowledge to fix this problem I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me on a possible remedy.
Hey! I had the same problem. But I figured out a way to fix it. First open the launcher and go the launch options, select the profile that you use. Then toggle the "Java executable" and go to the directory. Right click "javaw.exe" and click properties. Then go to the compatibility tab and click "Change High DPI settings". Then click "Override high DPI scaling behavior". Then click apply. Through the OptiFine mod you can set the full-screen resolution to 1280x1080.
