Try to lower your render distance because 32 is extreme.

Even on the best hardware, 32 render distance with shaders is gonna have low fps. Also start by allocating less memory. With Java the more memory you have allocated the more it has to clean up which will cause lag spikes. Additionally you will probably have to mess with the shader settings and other settings inside optifine.
I decided to put SEUS shaders on my minecraft and realised I wasn’t getting more than 24 fps which confused me because I have a powerful gaming pc.
i decided to allocate 8gb of ram but I am still getting 24 FPS pls help

Render distance : 32
Max FPS : 60
Check you have the most recent drivers, aslo check the reccomended stuff for the shader pack

I have optifine and with a render distance of 2 I get 30 fps
