Okay, so it locked me out of my minecraft.net account... says I'm on a new device/location (WHICH I'M NOT!) and tells me to put in my security questions. I forgot them, so I decided to change them. I sent the email, clicked the link, finished my security questions, then it says, "Can't change security questions." I even have a screenshot! Fix your website!

You need to address this issue with Mojang, nobody here can fix it for you. Mojang does not run these forums so will probably never see this thread.
