I downloaded the web display mod with Chromium Embedded Framework 0.6 and when I try to turn a screen on it doesn't work.
Things I've tried:
Watch PopularMMOs Video (as suggested to someone else), frankly nothing regarding my issue was included
re installing the framework
restarting Minecraft
Nothing has worked.
