When I made a single player world and started it, it gets stuck in the loading world and building terrain screen. When I minimise/maximise the window, the loading world disappears but the building terrain still stays and its still stuck at that screen. When I join a server in multiplayer, I can join the server and world but my game only works for 1 second then it freezes and stops responding forever.
I tried many ways suggested by a few forums like restarting com, clearing .minecraft, repairing mc, reinstalling mc, clearing apps that may obstruct mc, lower settings, restart internet..........none of them work.
What should I do to fix this issue? I only got the game today and I don't want my money to be a waste if I can't play at all...
Well, it looks like your computer has a decent CPU, memory and video chip, at least from what I can find on the web about it, so that shouldn't be the problem, I don't think.
On the off chance it's your video drivers, you could try updating them, use the Intel auto updater here

Edit: heres my dxdiag https://paste.ubuntu.com/26269299/
See this on how to obtain and post a DX Diag report, this will tell if your computer can even run Minecraft, which from what you describe, it can't.

To tell them how to live is to prevent them living.
Try turning off VBO's in the video settings.
