So I’ve just received a reply after sending an email to customer support (which took 5 days), and they’ve told me I need my transaction Id to help me. Thing is I have no clue what email I registered for the id so consider it lost. I replied to the email they sent me telling them I don’t have my id, and I was wondering.. do I have to wait another 5 days to hear back? Or since I already waited 5 days to hear from them will I get a quicker response? I’d hate to have to wait days every time I reply to an email.. I understand they get thousands a day but once you’ve waited the initial wait time you should be able to have direct communication, right?
Mojang will reply when they reply, there is no way to get the small team to work faster than they are working, unless you make them work 24/7 and not sleep or eat or spend free time out of work.
Just have patience
Thread closed as there is nothing anyone here can do to help you further, hence why you were told to contact Mojang in the first place in your previous thread.
