I've recently reset my laptop, and downloaded Minecraft, Optifine, and 5zig. When I tried to play it was super laggy, so I adjusted some settings and everything was smooth, except the fps will drop all the way to 0 every 2 seconds. I usually get around 60-100 fps. This happens wether I'm on muliplayer or single world. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything twice, nothing seems to work. There is something I may have done, though. When I first tried to download optifine, I couldn't open it with Java(TM) se binary, the option just wasn't there. So, I downloaded jarfix, and then I could see the option to use Java se binary again. However, I looked and I can't uninstall Jarfix either... I don't know if downloading Jarfix is what did it but it's the only thing I can think of that I did wrong.
