So I posted this already on the specific server's forums, got 83 or so view, but not one reply. I'm hoping someone here will know what is going on.
(Short version of problem)
not banned from server.
log into server favorite server (mc.performium.net) with VPN ,I'm from china, can't connect.
log into server with VPN dissabled, can't connect.
log in to other servers, can connect.
uninstalling - reinstalling doesn't work.
different user account on same computer doesn't work...
can't test it on another computer.
google doesn't help.

Hi, so since school has started I took a break from playing MC. A couple of days ago I tried to log onto Performium. I can connect, but after a second or two I get disconnected with a message saying something similar to "java.io.IOException: An Existing Connection was Forcibly Closed by the Remote Host". I got this in the past when I first connected to Performium a year ago, but that was solved when I turned off my VPN.
Now recently when I tried logging in again I did forget to turn it off before connecting, so I got the "This server doesn't support VPN's". Okay, so I turn it off, and try again. Now I can connect for a second, but I either get "Connection Lost" or "java.io.IOException: An Existing Connection was Forcibly Closed by the Remote Host". I can connect to other servers, for example play.skycade.net, with no problem.
Is there a way to fix this? I like Performium quite a lot, and would rather not have to switch servers. (T^T)
