I've been having an issue trying to play Minecraft. every time I try starting it up it puts it on the Mojang splash screen then doesn't move at all. I'm using a hp laptop with windows 10 on it if tried waiting for the screen to change and installing different drivers and graphics devices but none of it worked if anyone can help I would be most grateful
Specifically stopping on that screen has been known to happen due to a few malware/adware programs. A scan/clean from ADWCleaner will usually get rid of the ones known to cause that. If that doesn't work, report back and further diagnostics can be done.
