I am attempting to run Minecraft PC version release 1.12.2 on my desktop which has the Windows 10 Pro Operating System. It has become painfully apparent that my graphics card is not going to cooperate and I likely need to change it out. I've tried updating the driver and rolling back the driver - both to no avail. Thought I would check here for ideas...
My system runs Java Version 8 Update 151
Graphics Chipset Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family Driver 8.15.10.2702
The game crashed whilst initializing game

I've obtained the information that I need and can upgrade my graphics card. BUT - do you think my processor will suffice if I do?

Minimum Recommendation is Intel Core i3-3210 3.2 GHz / AMD A8-7600 APU 3.1 GHz or equivalent
