I have solved this issue. Thanks for coming to help out though! You can still check the thread out, just don't reply.
In Optifine 1.12.2 my colors were working. After trying to adjust my settings now it's not!
What Colors turn to:
Aqua to Light Gray
Dark Red to Dark Gray
Dark Green to Green
Yellow to Light Yellow
And more colors! Please tell me if you need any setting information or etc. Thanks, bye!

Nevermind, I fixed this by removing Optifine 1.12.2 from my launcher and adding it back.
