The problem started this morning when I woke up, I already tried following all of the steps on the website http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/pixel-format-not-accelerated/ but when I do that it says that everything is up to date. I'd appreciate some help, thank you in advance.
I'm unsure if this would help at all for my problem being resolved, but here is the crash message I am receiving.

Your computer might just be to old and outdated to run modded Minecraft.
One option is to try uninstalling Optifine, as it doesn't always play nice with other mods.
EDIT: Yeah, you probably need a new video card. The Radeon 3000 is a very old and weak video card. A GT 1030 would be a massive improvement if your computer supports it and you can afford it.
That wouldn't make any sense, would it? It was working fine for the past year or so until today, it was also working yesterday so i'm unsure. It looks like people are having the same issue recently.
Ok? I have been running minecraft fine for the past two years almost lol. The problem just began yesterday as i said above.
You have been running off an old driver since you updated to Windows 10. Some time in the last few days they updated the basic display driver and the old one you had got replaced. Due to the age of your graphics hardware, AMD no longer provides full updates for it. The only way to get it working on that PC again would be to reinstall Windows 8 or lower (really whatever you had before 10).

Weird.
I still suggest trying to run the game without Optifine.
