Hello, As the title states when I'm in the game my cursor is on the screen and no mouse buttons work unless my mouse is moving. None of my mods should be doing this and it just appeared out of thin air today when I tried playing my world, Yet yesterday there was no issues like this. Edit: Resolved either by restarting computer or updating windows.
