In newer versions of Minecraft, I have been experiencing lighting bugs where light fails to update in certain parts (e.g. a room) unless I cause a block update after it turns on/off.
I have tried switching up some graphics settings. It worked but not before causing the lighting bug to still appear for at least 1 second. I want to get rid of it entirely.
I use the Intel HD Graphic 3000 card, and I have another graphics card (AMD Radeon HD 7400M) which I have been unable to switch to.

Does anyone have any idea how I can stop this?
