hiya everyone, i need some help trying to fix this problem, my java IS up to date which is java 8 update 151. and here is my crash log from the launcher when i start up my mc:

so there is my crash log, and i've read on a post around here that the problem lies within the java executive option on the edit menu of the launcher, if so how do u fix that problem?

Set the launcher to actualy use Java 8.

How? can you tell me how to exactly to set my launcher to use java 8? it'd be greatly appreciated

I don't have a Mac, but on Windows you just point it to the "java.exe" which depends where you have it installed. I would guess there are many guides on the Googles that explain it in detail for a Mac.

well ive tried googling it, it really doesnt give ya any mac guides to set the launcher to use java 8 :/

Does Anyone else have any suggestions or ways to help me out on here??..
