I have no idea if this is a Minecraft prob, a mod prob, or even an Windows 10 prob. I took a screen shot of a cave I was trying to explore. As you can see torches where NOT lighting the cave at all, and also any block I mined would instantly reappear, to MAYBE break a few MINUTES later. (I cannot safely stand at a block waiting for it to break any where that long.)
BTW my view distance was dropped all the way down to 2, and I have Optifine... I am kinda leaning towards a Windows 10 prob, since even after I managed to exit Minecraft, my computer did not even want to open any other program at all!!
Minecraft 1.10.2
Forge1.10.2-12.18.3.2185
OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_E3
I will not list the rest of my 75+ mods here, but most times my computer can run this mess smoothly, but when it locks up, it LOCKS right up. Seconds on my system clock not changing for close to 5 minutes, then suddenly jumping to current time.
My system is an
AMD A9-9410 RADON R5
4.00G memory
64-bit operating system, (if that is needed at all)
Any help at all, even if it is NUKE my system and install Windows 7 Pro.
Thanks for all the support! Am I to assume that this is solely my problem, and that NO one else has even gotten close to encountering this?
Attached is the closes I can get to a screen capture during one of my freezes!
I did press the button to take a screenshot, before grabbing my phone and snapping a pic of my screen when I noticed that, as expected, NOTHING happened!
My computer was purchased with Windows 10 already installed, there is only one graphics card, and 64 bit Java is installed.
As far as I know the most recent drivers are installed, I'll double check, unless it is triple, or quadruple check by now.
I have yet to try removing Optifine, my last system needed that to even try to run Minecraft, but will try after checking the driver.
I'd also like to apologise for the tone of my last posts. I was just a little upset with my system's handling of Minecraft, and/or Java. Before I add any more comments, that is if these possible fixes do not work, I'll try to cool myself down a little, maybe sleep on it, and post in the morning, or sometime the next day.
BTW: are you using a laptop? I'm concerned about the AMD chip. It might not be powerful enough for the newer versions of MC. Plus, with only 4G system RAM, that will also limit the MC versions. In my experience, MC 1.10 requires 4G memory allocated.

Curse PremiumFirst, this forum is 100% optional, from posting to replying.
Second, have you tried removing Optifine?
Have you updated your graphics drivers?
Did you install 64 bit Java?
Is MC using the graphics card you stated?
Did you ensure your PC was Win 10 compliant before upgrading?

Curse PremiumNP, dude.
