My minecraft somehow just started lagging very badly. Yesterday morning, it was working alright. I was on hypixel playing some bed wars, everything was alright. However, it started doing this thing late yesterday whenever I try to connect to a multiplayer server. I can connect to the servers just fine, but once I'm in, everything is slow and it looks like it was super zoomed in despite my FOV being at 96. My skin/hand doesn't show up, and I honestly cannot do anything but move my head (it takes awhile to do so). When I use the ALT+TAB to get out of being stuck in the game, It does open the Game menu, but I cannot do anything from there. All the server menus are there, chat works as normal, it just seems to be me stuck like I am.
It's a chore just to try to explain this because it looks like lag, but it may be something else.
I updated all my drivers, updated Java to the newest update, and I recently got Windows 10. I am also using the latest optifine version for 1.8.9 as well. This error only occurs on the 1.8 versions, and since it's the versions I'm used to, It'd be much appreciated if I could get some help for this since I cannot for the life of me play in versions 1.9+.
I will try to provide a visual image, but I'm not sure how much it'll help. The server in the image is mineplex, and when you log on, you're supposed to land on a platform with a view of the entire lobby...Not what is shown.

This is a problem with the server itself. Nothing you can do but contact the server administrators about the issue.
