First, that's a laptop, and not a gaming level one at that. it's gonna have a bad time and im honestly impressed you even get TO 60 fps.
Windows uses 1.6GB at idle on a clean load, so id your trying to run minecraft, and internet, and music on top of minecraft it isn't gonna end well.
For game settings: did you disable VSYNC and set optifine frame rate to "Unlimited"?
Are you running a heavily modded pack? More mods will result in lower FPS when you start hitting the high numbers.

I wanted to do Comic Sans, dont ask why
Ok anyways, recently I really need a fps boost. My game doesnt run smoothly and if i ever have frame lag/drop
(which for me is pretty common)
It just devastates my pc.
I've decided to get Optifine, which yes, IT DID GIVE ME MORE FPS.
but 60 is nothing considering frame drops are common for me.
I tried it with better settings, same thing nothing changes.
I have my max fps to unlimited
Could it be my pc idk
Here are my specs anyways
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3240T @ 2.70GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 4014MB RAM
Page File: 4563MB used, 1974MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
idk if its trash or not
