Im using Mirillis Action but the problem is the same using Fraps.
The problem appears to happen only on Minecraft... already tried recording other games and it goes well
maybe something to do with these settings? http://prntscr.com/h1xec7 (it is on portuguese but if youre the genius whos gonna help me the language doesnt matter :)))))))) )
Im only using optifine.
I now noticed that this only happens "in game", not on the menus:
